The MOQ will be 2000pcs/item.

2.How do I place an order here?

You can find “contact supplier” and “chat with us” buttons very easily on our website, simply click the button and you can either send us an email or talk to us online, our sales representatives will be there to answer your question and make you a quotation based on your requirement.

3.Does your product carry a consumer warranty?

Yes, we offer a complimentary 1-year limited warranty for any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Repair or replacement of the purchased product does not cover damages caused by physical or natural destruction, misuse, or other external causes. Only manufacturer defects will qualify as a defective product and will be replaced at the discretion of Vibeconnect.

4.What kind of material is vibeconnect using for all products?

Only the best quality materials are involved in the process of creating your customized toy. The materials used in a product are very important, especially in the sex toy industry. We would only use high-quality TPE and eco-friendly ABS & ultra-soft silicone.

5.How do you control the quality?

In the production process, we strictly follow ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality management system standards and have won the trust and praise of global customers for many years with excellent quality. We built a quality system that meets major global brands and conduct full quality supervision to guarantee the quality from product mold opening, sample trial production, mass production, finished product packaging to delivery.

6.What shipping options do I have once I place an order?

Many of our clients often find shipping options for sex toys too limited or inefficient, but don’t worry, we are here for you! For years we have been working with many reliable shipping agents all around China who will make it their priority to provide our clients with the best logistics solutions. Our options include both air and ocean shipping as well as an express delivery service.

7.I don’t find any product on your website attractive so far, can you use my design and manufacture for us?

For sure! We are very proud to provide one-stop OEM/ODM services to our customers. Including private label, customized logo, and packages, any color, and appearance you like, etc. If you already have your design, our sales representatives will contact you for further details, and we will make a production plan for you. If you don’t have any idea in mind yet, give us a direction and we will have a strong professional design team to follow it up. 

8.Who do I talk to if my order goes wrong?

Please contact our customer service department (info@vibe-connect.com) and explain the situation. We carefully selected a group of service teams with excellent knowledge and are able to achieve close communication with customers. Our team will get back to you within 24hrs.

9.How long does it take to process my order?

It depends on the specific product you order, but normally it will take around 30days from the first prototype to final sample confirmation, and another 40-60 days for mass production.
