1. Power on: Long press the power button for 1.5 seconds; when power on, the vibration is turned on defaulted and the inhalation is off. Short press to pause.

2. Power off: long press the power button for 1.5 seconds

3. When powering on, the default frequency will be the first vibration (total frequency 7) , short press the frequency change button to switch the vibration frequency (cycle switch>, long press the frequency change button to turn off the vibration)

4. The inhale function is turned off by default, short press the inhale button to turn on the inhale function (short press the inhale button to change the inhale requency,it has 5 frequencies>, long press to turn off the inhale function, double-click the inhale button to inhale for a long time.

5. Short press the start button in the inhalation state, the inhale function will pause (the sleeve remains in the state before the pause); short press the start button again to resume the inhale function. Short press to pause does not affect the vibration function

6. Three lights display power. With the power consumption, the light gradually goes out, the last light flashes when the power is lower than 3.3v, and it shuts down when the power is lower than 2.95W. The lights flashes when charging, when full of power three lightswill on.

3.Does your product carry a consumer warranty?

Yes, we offer a complimentary 1-year limited warranty for any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Repair or replacement of the purchased product does not cover damages caused by physical or natural destruction, misuse, or other external causes. Only manufacturer defects will qualify as a defective product and will be replaced at the discretion of Vibeconnect.

4.What kind of material is vibeconnect using for all products?

Only the best quality materials are involved in the process of creating your customized toy. The materials used in a product are very important, especially in the sex toy industry. We would only use high-quality TPE and eco-friendly ABS & ultra-soft silicone.

For sure! We are very proud to provide one-stop OEM/ODM services to our customers. Including private label, customized logo, and packages, any color, and appearance you like, etc. If you already have your design, our sales representatives will contact you for further details, and we will make a production plan for you. If you don’t have any idea in mind yet, give us a direction and we will have a strong professional design team to follow it up. 

8.Who do I talk to if my order goes wrong?

9.How long does it take to process my order?

It depends on the specific product you order, but normally it will take around 30days from the first prototype to final sample confirmation, and another 40-60 days for mass production.
