Established in August 2016, VibeConnect is a conglomerate enterprise that develops and manufactures sex toys, massagers, vibrators, beauty instruments, medical equipment and electronic products. Within a couple years’ time, our company was rewarded the “National High-Tech Enterprise” award in November 2018. Meanwhile, high-tech manufacturing technologies are coupled with a top-of-the-line quality management team for production coordination. The vision we expect for Vibeconnect is to always pursue quality for maintenance and preserve credit for development.

Our Factory

Production Center
The mold carving machining center is introduced for iterative manufacturing. The center incorporates; a milling machine, wire cutting, a FANUC carving CNC machine, and a SODICK mirror spark machine.
Mold testing equipment joins the manufacturing line as well which contain; a CHECKMASTER three-coordinate measuring machine, a vertical projector, a Rockwell hardness tester, and a Hexagon automatic three-dimensional measuring machine.

To optimize the manufacturing, injection molding processing, silkscreen & assembly processing, and electronic assembly centers are becoming the manufacturing power of our factory.

Quality Control Center

A high-quality assurance testing environment is guaranteed. This includes; a four-color light source box, a plug-in force tester, a high-pressure tester, a ROHS tester, a button life tester, a wire bending tester, an RCA paper tape abrasion tester, a salt spray tester, a temperature and humidity detector, a constant temperature and humidity tester, a sound insulation room, a drop tester, an alcohol abrasion tester, and a simulated transportation vibration tester.
